The Flat Downtown
Nestled on a private residence in North Rockwall, Eleven41 Studio is a natural light photography studio available to rent by the hour or day. Perfect for your client's lifestyle sessions, milestones, bridals, boudoir and fine art sessions. Enjoy the privacy and exclusivity the studio has to offer for you and your clients. Various pieces of furniture and wall finishings to create your own unique and personal set.

Located on the same private property as Eleven 41 Studio, Eleven41 Greenhouse is a light-filled sanctuary perfect for photographers, content creators, and creatives seeking a unique backdrop. Nestled beneath a shady tree on a spacious lawn, this handcrafted greenhouse features soft green-framed glass walls, rustic wooden floors, and charming vintage accents. Ideal for portraits, engagement shoots, branding sessions, or seasonal minis. Just bring your vision, and let the space inspire you.

What started as a dream to simply host meaningful gatherings has grown into two locations with the same heartbeat. Eleven41 Studio & Greenhouse and The Flat Downtown Event Venue are both built on the belief that a space can be so much more than four walls.
